Look at those eyes! As with all blue pups Dunny starts life with startling eyes. Many people mistake Blue German Shepherds for Husky mixes because of this trait. Colors can range from light blue to cobalt blue, blue green, and everything in between. However as they mature their eyes change colors quite a few more times. Usually blues end up with yellow, amber, yellow-gray, or light brown eyes. |

Dunny is a beautiful blue male who just turned 4 years old. Shown here with his loving owner Carole Knight. His stack is a bit extended in this shot as he moved just as the camera was clicked. Dunny has done what very few blues have and that is win a Championship in conformation. |

December 1999 This picture has a funny story behind it. While Dunny was posing with Santa waiting for his picture to be taken, other patrons were patiently standing in line awaiting their pets turn with Santa. Suddenly somebodys Cockatiel flew across the room and landed on Dunny's head. Much to Carole's surprise he just calmly took it all in stride. They snapped the picture and caught his expression. Which I find priceless. Doesn't it look like he's saying, "Uhhhh....mom? Could I get a little help here with the bird?" |
